(Department of Employment and Productivity) was hit by a bomb explosion the night of December 8th, in the basement of St James' Square. The DEP at the time with minister Robert Carr in charge, is one of the government's organisations responsible for dangerous working conditions, unemployment, productivity agreements, and the Industrial Relations Bill passed by the Tory government.
